Three things they did well:
He was able to turn a very average looking sandwich with just basic lighting and back round.
He did a great job utilizing the two lights.
Didn't have to re-plate the dish to make it look better
Three things I learned:
Put the light on the more "attractive side" of the dish/item.
Have the light higher up and not pointed directly at dish/item.
It is important to use natural light when available, it always gives a better look than artificial light.
